qq Terms and Conditions

1.1 Description of Service

qq is an online gaming platform that offers slots, live casino, cricket and other sports betting, and a range of other games to users in Bangladesh. The platform provides its service in both Bengali and English.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the qq website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all services accessible through them. These Terms take effect from the moment membership registration is completed.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is considered the primary document. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence. If any term seems unclear, please contact the qq customer support team.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and use qq services is 21 years. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to create an account. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account termination and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person is permitted only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same name, identity, address, mobile number or device will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. If any information changes, the member is required to notify qq without delay. The member bears responsibility for any issues arising from the provision of incorrect information.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) fully confidential. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, qq's support team must be notified immediately. Sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.1 KYC Process

qq may request documents from a member at any time to confirm their identity. This may include a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not completed.

3.2 Data Confidentiality

All personal information submitted for verification is stored securely and is not disclosed to third parties. Full details of how we collect and process data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Payment Method Verification

Transactions must be made using a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) registered in the member's name. Deposit or withdrawal requests from another person's wallet will be rejected.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on qq is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet used for the deposit.

4.3 Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal

To withdraw while a bonus is active, the specified wagering requirement must be met. Full terms relating to bonuses are set out in Section 5. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

qq reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any unusual or suspicious transaction and may place that transaction on hold if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

qq runs various weekly and special promotions, such as the qq Weekly Reload Reward (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), the qq Slot Festival Bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x) and the qq Weekend Cricket Dhamaka (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 22x). Each promotion has its own minimum deposit and conditions.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account (where applicable).
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the account — bonus winnings become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, qq reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• A bonus is not cash — it is a conditional credit facility.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period, which will be communicated at the time of claiming. If wagering is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be automatically cancelled.

6.1 Fairness of Play

All games available on qq are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology provided by third-party suppliers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others), which ensures every outcome is entirely random and impartial.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a game, qq will make its decision based on the last confirmed result. Server records will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds and markets are set by qq. If odds change before a bet is accepted, the revised odds will apply. Bets will be refunded for cancelled matches or abandoned events.

6.4 Live Casino

When participating in live games from studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, members must also follow the rules of that provider. The live dealer's decision is final.

7.1 VIP Levels

qq's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit varies by level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond.

7.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

7.3 Level Changes

VIP level progression depends on a member's regular gaming activity. qq reserves the right to change VIP policies at any time — such changes will be communicated in advance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq:

• Bonus abuse, placing artificial bets or creating betting patterns to claim bonuses.
• Conducting transactions using multiple accounts or third-party funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Fraudulent conduct on the platform or against other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Attempting to intrude into qq's systems or network.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other members.

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, qq reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the funds.

9.1 Suspension by qq

qq may suspend any account temporarily or permanently for breach of the Terms, suspicious activity or the need to conduct an investigation. Funds associated with the account may be held temporarily while an investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, they must contact the qq support team. Before closing the account, the member must ensure that all active bonuses and bets have been settled.

9.3 Responsible Gaming Break

10.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily interrupted due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues or unforeseen technical disruptions. In such situations, qq does not accept liability for specific losses, but will endeavour to restore the service as quickly as possible.

10.2 Third-Party Content

qq is not directly liable for defects, inaccuracies or losses arising from game providers' software or content. However, qq will properly forward any member complaints to the relevant provider.

10.3 Responsibility for Personal Decisions

Gaming is a recreational activity. The responsibility for choosing to participate and for bearing the financial risk of each bet rests with the member. qq makes no guarantee of winnings.

11.1 Submitting a Complaint

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact the qq support team in the first instance. Support is available in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email.

11.2 Resolution Process

11.3 Finality

The decision issued after qq's internal resolution process is complete will be considered final. However, a member may, if they wish, seek to resolve the matter by other means available to them.

12.1 Right to Amend

qq reserves the right to change, revise or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or platform notification.

12.2 Acceptance of Updated Terms

If a member continues to use the platform after updated terms take effect, they are considered to have accepted the revised terms. Members who do not agree with the terms have the option to close their account.
